I have already had one engineer out who replaced my smart hub with a white openreach modem and a hub 4. But i have to reboot the router every time so it goes blue again. I reported it to bt back in may and they sent me a new hub 6 router as they thought it was due to a software update not able to install on the old router. Broadband connection keeps dropping.
